Shariah Non-compliant Property Management
Having understood the concepts, types and laws of sharia non-property, it is our duty to ensure such property is managed and administered effectively and in accordance with Islamic law. These institutions need to ensure that these sharia non-compliant properties are used effectively and they are not administered while they are not compliant with the requirements of syarak. Some methods of use of this property in accordance with its priorities:

a) Non-compliance Shariah Property Should Be Returned To The Originator
If the property is a property of robbery, stolen and the like, then the property must be returned to the owner. If the owner has died or cannot be found, then the property must be returned to his heirs. This is synonymous with the views of Imam al-Nawawi in the solution of syariah non-compliant property which is to be returned to the original owner if known or his representative or beneficiary if it involves death.

(b) Shariah Non-Assurances Used for Infrastructure Construction
If the owner of the property is unidentifiable, then the property must be surrendered or spent on the general maslahah-maslahah of the Muslims. These include the construction of public infrastructure such as roads, schools, halls, bridges, transport vehicles and mosques. Not only that this property can also be used for infrastructure maintenance purposes including environmental preservation and sanitation of public areas.

(c) Non-Shariah Property Used to Fight the Illegal Sector
Refers to sharia non-compliant property acquired through illegal sources such as riba-based and gambling. There are scholars who view that such property should be used to combat this illegal sector. For example, gambling monies should be used to combat the gaming sector and the monetary money should be spent on efforts to overcome the conventional financial sector.
Touching on this issue Imran Hossein believes that money can only be used to combat the conventional financial sector in any way. These include the publication of books explaining the ban on usury, funding research that provides alternatives to conventional finance and establishing institutions capable of overcoming conventional finance. Although Yusuf Al-Qaradawi does not require this property to be used only to combat the illegal sector, he considers it illegal to allow money in conventional bank accounts without doing anything. This is because the act of letting the money without being issued will not only help the development of conventional banks but it can lead to abetment practices with illegal activities.

(d) Non-Shariah Property Distributed to Poor Fakir
If this non-compliant property is not used for infrastructure construction or the illegal trade of the illegal sector, such property can be spent or distributed to the poor. This property can also be given to orphans, seniors, disabled, muallaf, single mothers who need and students who need funding. This group does not have to be upset to accept this sharia non-compliant money even though it is known to be from illegal sources because scholars have agreed to say that they can use it because it falls in the general welfare category.

(e) Shariah Non-compliant Property Given to the Welfare Body
These sharia non-compliant properties may also be provided to any welfare body including malls, charities, non-governmental organizations and da'wah institutions. These institutions need to ensure that all sharia non-compliant property received is spent for general purpose purposes such as the efforts of jihad in the path of Allah, aid for the development of Islamic da'wah, preparation of preachers, the publication of religious books and the like of matters is virtue.

Copyright Act 1987
Copyright is generally connected with artistic and works of art that are unadulterated manifestations from the point of view of writing and workmanship.Beltrametti 2009 contends that Islamic law demands that the wellsprings of making new types of learning must be perceived appropriately and includes that Shariah condems the infringement of uneven dispersion of the advantages emerging from the utilization of this new information.
Therefore, all of the following conditions must be fulfilled before a person can be protected by copyright law. Firstly, the thing to be protected is a product that is protected under the Copyright Act 1987. Second, the work must be genuine. To get the copyright of a work it must have the character of originality. The authenticity here does not mean that the work must be superior but it must be original and not copied from other works and involve sufficient effort. Third, the work must be set in the form of material (reduced to material form). Copyright may only exist in any of the works if it has been written, recorded, recorded or otherwise stored. These requirements are important for literary, artistic and musical works. The works in the form of sound recordings, films and broadcasts should originally be placed in the form of materials. Fourth, the inventor of the copyrighted work is a qualified person. The 1987 Act does not require official registration to be made on any copyrighted work. Copyright Under the act recognizes the creator as the owner of the work when it fulfills the prescribed criteria.
Trademark Act 1979
Dr. Muzammil H. Siddiqi, President Islamic Society of North America (Former). "It is right that the information is a typical property. Be that as it may, it doesn't imply that individuals can not offer books or claim books. It doesn't imply that individuals can go and take books or assume control other individuals' labs and libraries. It implies all individuals ought to be allowed to learn. Nobody gathering ought to have syndication on learning. In this manner, with the end goal to give assurance to the inventive maker's inventiveness and additionally to the notoriety of its maker is the insurance managed by trademark. The exchange stamp is administered by the Trade Marks Act 1979. This law ensures the imprints or images set on products or administrations went for demonstrating the connection between the merchandise or administrations with the proprietor of the exchange check and may separate the products or administrations of a specific organization with the organization . Trademarks including marks, brands, heads, names, tickets, names, marks, words, letters, numbers or any subsidiaries. For security under this Act, an exchange check must be enlisted. At the point when the enlistment is gotten the trademark proprietor has the restrictive appropriate to utilize the trademark to the enrolled products and ventures. The trademark assurance insurance against the other licensed innovation security is the proprietor may utilize the selective right of the trademark uncertainly as long as he reestablishes the enrollment of consistently. If any gathering may utilize the trademark of someone else without their consent then they have submitted an infringement of the exchange check influencing the law.
Patent Act 1983
Islam firmly debilitates replicating, falsification and burglary. Accordingly, patent law enables a maker to hoard and adventure his creation. In the meantime, it is a type of remuneration given to the maker with the goal that they deliver helpful creations later on to help the entire network. This licensed innovation is managed by the Patent Act 1983. Compliant with this Act, an innovation as an item or process might be enlisted. Creation is the brain of a maker in tackling an issue in a specific field of innovation. With the end goal to guarantee that the maker prevails with regards to enlisting his creation, there are a few components to be satisfied - the new creation, it satisfies the creation steps and it tends to be connected industry. The 'new' idea here is very not quite the same as the idea of inventiveness in copyright law. 'New' implies the development you wish to enlist is flighty by the past creation. The past creation incorporates any of the productions which have been openly unveiled anyplace on the planet whether oral, open or being used before the date of first utilization of the enlistment of the development. It additionally incorporates any substance of local patent enrollment application made before from the creation to which it wishes to be enlisted. In this way, if there is a comparable creation accessible anyplace on the planet or a similar creation has been connected already, it is considered to have been anticipated by a before creation which prevented the new status from claiming the item or process.

Riba In Credit Card

1. Shariah Compliant

To avoid Riba in Credit Cards, the credit cards need to be Shariah compliant and free from any activities that are deemed as unlawful in Islam. The main differences between Islamic credit cards and conventional credit cards are the prohibition of gharar and riba. Gharar is overcharging, while riba is interest. There are no compound charges as overcharging is also prohibited under Shariah law.

An Islamic credit card would also have a filtering system to ensure that the credit card will only be utilised for halal transactions. It simply means that an Islamic credit card cannot be used to purchase alcohol, gambling or for other activities and purchases that are not permissible in Islam. In the event that the card is used for such purposes, the card issuer will not allow the transaction to go through.

2. No Interest

Any interest or riba is strictly prohibited under the Shariah law, therefore the service provided by credit cards cannot involve any interest. It should also be noted that the prohibition of interest works both ways, which means a Muslim cannot pay for interest and cannot receive interest. Therefore, what Islamic banks do is provide Islamic credit cards by charging for their service, which is known as the ‘profit charge’, and only charged if there is an outstanding amount that is not paid within the grace period. The profit charge is usually calculated on a daily basis at 13.5% to 18% per annum. The profit charge is based on a tiered system, which means if you’d like to enjoy a lower rate for your outstanding balance, you’ll have to make sure you are consistent with your repayments. This is because missing a payment for your outstanding balance will cause the banks to increase your profit rate.

Cardholders generally needs to make a minimum monthly repayment of 5% on their credit card bills (or a minimum of RM50 – depending on the bank) by the due date of each month. Failure to make the minimum monthly repayment will not only make the profit rate charged on your outstanding balance to rise to a higher tier, you will also be charged a late payment penalty of 1% (or a minimum of RM10 – depending on the bank).

3. Privileges

Credit cards often comes with perks and privileges, and the same should goes for an Islamic credit card. An Islamic credit card should offers takaful coverage, and some also offer benevolence expenses. It means that in the event of the cardholder’s passing, Islamic banks that offer benevolence expenses will pay the premium to cover some or the entire outstanding balance of the deceased cardholder. Aside from that, Muslims will also have the added convenience of paying being able to pay their Zakat with an Islamic credit card.

This unit will be required to analyze all aspects of squatter in the country, as well as conducting a study of the real role that government agencies, statutory bodies and private parties can play in addressing squatter problems. Without having the economist placed in the Unit, it was quite difficult for the unit to carry out this extremely tough and challenging task.
