         <title>Money refund because a really poor experience in you agency.</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Mr. Rodríguez,</div><div><br></div><div>The purpose of this email is to ask you for the refund of the money of an all included family pack to Disneyland. First of all, I want to tell you that when I was in the main gate in the hotel, I was attended by one of your employees and he was not really focused on his work, he let the bags fall down, he acted like he was distracted, he apparently was drunk and did not know where our room was. The experience in Disneyland was not the best because the food was not given from your agency, instead , we had to pay for all the food and in your voucher said: “We give you the alimentation inside the park”. Apart from that, the place where we was, was not the best unfortunately because of the cleaning (however in online reviews it is said that the hotel is almost five stars).          <description><![CDATA[<div>Good afternoon Miss Wilson,<br><br></div><div>The purpose of this message is to inform you about some complaints that I have with respect to the staff from your hotel. Firstly, when my family arrived at the place, the staff did not help us with the check in nor let us use the elevator, despite my grandma having several back problems. Later, when we arrived in our room, the beds were not made up and we found some empty alcohol bottles on the balcony.</div><div><br>Our travel was marvelous thanks to the view of the room, the immense pool, and the delicious food, but during all the travel I did not forget the discomfort felt on our welcome. It was even worse when we were leaving because we discovered some of our possessions had been lost and someone entered our room. We tried to reach for help to watch the video camera records, nonetheless, the security guard told us that it was not their duty and the problem stayed unsolved.<br><br></div><div>I consider myself a tolerant and patient person, but the experience in your hotel angered and saddened me because my family could not have the awaited experience in your wonderful hotel which had a very nice review on the internet.          <description><![CDATA[<div><br>October 20th<br>Dear, Ibera’s airline supervisor.<br><br></div><div><br>The purpose of this e-mail is to describe a recent bad experience with an agency because I was supposed to travel three days ago but it could not happen.<br><br></div><div>Three months ago, I bought a travel package for my family and me to spend three weeks visiting four different places in Valle del Cauca. Everything was going great and I got a nice experience contacting people from your Airline. Despite that, the trip before the trip was a complete nightmare. Around one hour before I got on the airplane, someone from customer service called me to tell me that I was not registered correctly and that the flight was completely full, so I had to take it just two days after.<br><br></div><div>My family had to travel by themselves and it was just me calling customer service to get an excuse or even an idea about what I should do. But it did not happen. I had to travel for three days after that and I missed the opportunity to visit lovely places. For that reason, I am asking for a refund because the agency could not give me that money back.<br><br></div><div><br>I’m looking forward to your response<br><br></div><div><br>Best wishes.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><br></strong>Dear Pedrito,<br>I hope you’re well<br><br></div><div>I want to write this letter to you, taking into account that you are planning to travel to Medellín next month. I wanted to warn you about a certains issues that weren't as I expected. I have to say that I decided to make a hotel reservation before the trip because I wanted to be sure that there will be a place to stay. However, I had to look for a hotel near the Universidad de Antioquia because my father needed to go there all day during the trip, due to that I reserved a hotel of three stars that seemed very beautiful and inexpensive. The problem was not the hotel, it was the neighborhood. We only had to walk 5 minute to arrive at the university,&nbsp; but the security perception was the worst. Fortunately, nothing bad happened to us. Even though I enjoy Medellín, I visited the Botanical garden, Botero square and the “Pueblito Paisa”. But, there is something else I want to warn you: if you were thinking of eating chicken for economy, you must know that it is very difficult to find a chicken roaster in Medellín and that food is expensive there.&nbsp;<br><br></div><div>I hope my comments be of help for you<br>Have a nice trip and enjoy Medellín<br><br></div><div>Yours<br>Valeria<br><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>

Despite the comfortable things, I don’t enjoy it at all. My experience was not as the descriptions you have on your page and social networks.</div><div><br></div><div>Regarding the references you have on the internet, it is believed that you offer a service of high quality. I mean, the accommodations were extremely pleasant and modern. Additionally, it was supposed you could have the opportunity to select what kind of food you would like to eat during the trip’s week. Apart from that,on your web page it is mentioned you have a group of staff who are experts, kind and friendly. The comments described the activities that were included on the plan I bought.</div><div><br></div><div>Nevertheless, my experience with you was totally the opposite. The food I had booked was not the one you gave me. I chose a sandwich’s tuna with orange juice but the food was old and it tasted weird, to be honest I could not eat it. Talking about the accommodation, nothing was as I expected, the bed was broken and the bedroom didn’t have water. It was too disgusting.</div><div><br></div><div>The activities you offered were not appropriate. It was supposed that I was going to help animals yet the activities were related to helping children with their homework. In my vacations I did not want to know more about kids, because I am a teacher and I wished to have time for myself and relax.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Travel Companion,<br><br>I must remember that when I chose this travel and recreation option in La Vega, I said things a little differently. For example, the continental breakfast in the hostel consisted of a warm egg and toast with coffee, it was really frustrating not to be able to have a proper breakfast because the breakfast offered in the plan said "big continental breakfast". Despite this detail, the hiking activity was beneficial and rewarding because I really felt able to walk long distances and enjoy nature.<br><br>The problem would come later at lunchtime. The time indicated by the service said it was between 12 and 1 pm. However, it wasn't until 3:45 pm that they started serving lunch and didn't include drinks, which was absurd because we had just finished walking long distances and wanted to charge all drinks separately.<br><br><br>ln conclusion, it was not as advertised and in fact, it was very stressful and complicated and everything.<br><br>&nbsp;Sincerely, Jeicol.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear Agency:<br>I am writing to speak up about the terrible service I experienced at your resort during the "Feel Better" retreat. Albeit the food and accommodation were fairly good and overall, I could enjoy most of the activities proposed, the service provided by your personnel was disappointing at best. &nbsp;<br>When I first arrived, they made me wait two hours at the lobby without any explanation and there was no one to ask about it. After that incident, I kept having issues with one man that refused to help me re-organize my schedule, because, for some reason, I was not in any of the lists for the activities. Once that was finally solved, the third day during one of the activities, that same man ignored me for a whole hour when I asked him an extra bottle of water.&nbsp;<br>I won't leave a bad review regarding your planned vacations because I understand this may be a one-man problem only and that he may not represent who you are as a company, but I do request a reimbursement of a percentage of the amount I paid because it was a really unpleasant experience.<br>Cordially,&nbsp;<br>Juliana González&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Dear manager of los Andes Golf Club.<br><br>I write this email in a respectful manner in order to show my dissatisfaction regarding the camping experience offered by your recreational center. Although the site is incredibly beautiful and has many activities to do, the logistics for the camp leave a lot to be desired.<br><br>The place is not suitable for camping, when it rains the area floods, flooding the tents and all our belongings. Additionally, they have serious problems with food, considering the unfortunate event on Friday where many of us ended up sick in the hospital due to food poisoning.<br><br>With the foregoing, I hope that this type of situation is reviewed and does not happen again in the future, additionally I hope some type of compensation for this bad experience that ended with me in the hospital.<br><br>Thank you very much for your attention and I hope you consider my suggestions.<br><br>Sincerely,&nbsp;<br>Karol Montealegre</div>]]></description>

In a first term, I appreciate the complete service your staff offered and the different efforts that many of the complementary services gave as well, however I dislike the incompetence of the new staff that although they were new, they disrespected my position as a VIP customer.<br><br></div><div>Evidently many of them were rude at me and they just didn’t allow me to express my nonconformity, after finishing the planned activity which was a walk through the forest, some of the participants were exhausted and therefore many had to take break, it is considered to respectful the physical shape of some and it was the most annoying thing I’ve experienced because.<br><br></div><div>They behaved in a hostile way, ignoring the petitions, and letting the different expectations of the customers uncompleted, that is a big problem for your company due the lack of professionalism and it must be corrected by your marketing team, I’d like a refund of the money invested in the total cost due the unhuman behavior of your staff.          <description><![CDATA[<div>Kind regards, Pandas China Volunteer group.&nbsp;<br><br>I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the activities of the volunteering. The panda center is very nice, clean and organized in terms of the facilities of the place. I was very excited to have this type of activity in my life after being in a very chaotic and fast-paced environment in the city.<br><br>According to the volunteer website, and according to the promotional videos that some influencers have uploaded to TikTok, the activities they showed in this type of advertising promised to be fun, relaxing and very helpful for the volunteer.&nbsp; But in reality, all the activities of the place were the opposite of what you offer on the internet. &nbsp;<br><br>The ones that disappointed me the most were some like, in the promotional video they offer an experience of doing yoga with baby pandas in person, in reality it was yoga but just with videos of pandas in the background.&nbsp; The other activity that the plan offers is to help and prepare food for the Bears, this activity was actually just an informative video about what pandas eat.&nbsp; I was able to meet the pandas, but from afar, and although I met them, that was not the purpose of the trip, because the purpose of the trip was to carry out activities that contribute to their well-being.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;I hope my comments are taken into account and an explanation is given to me as to why the activities were not what was shown in what the volunteering offered;&nbsp; and I also hope that the comments are taken into account for the future and that the experience can be improved for those who travel in the future, or at least, that what is shown online is honest information. &nbsp;<br><br>Sincerely, Ann C.</div>]]></description>
