First of all I recommend you to work with wordpress, this is better and cheaper than work with programming.We will find a good wordpress template to satisfy your needs. In your case, if you are enquiring a simple page giving costumers information of your products, the price will be arround 500€. If you are agree with the price, I will need all the information you would like to appear in the landing page, pictures, etc... About the time scale, I think it would be arround two weeks from the moment you send me the information. 

Could you please let me know if do you have any hosting and any domanin that we can use, or, on the other hand, it will be necessary to afford it?
