         <description><![CDATA[<div>I plan on doing a gym routine that I requested from my coach. The exercises that the routine includes, seek to increase my strength.&nbsp;<br>It is a 5-day routine that has a duration of an hour.          <title>My nutrition plan. </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I don't plan on following a diet designed by myself because I truly believe that's a job for a professional.&nbsp;<br>My nutrition plan consists of including fruits, vegetables, protein, carbs, and cereals. For example Grilled chicken breast with a side of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, and a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice. Chicken is a lean source of protein, while mixed greens and vegetables provide essential vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber.<br>Those are the type of recipes I'll be following. <br>Another characteristic of this plan is that I will have to drink at least 2 liters of water a day.&nbsp;</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>My plan:<br>1. I'll have a journal where I write the things I'm grateful for every day in the morning.&nbsp;<br>2. I will sleep at least 8 hours a day. If not I will compensate it with power naps.&nbsp;<br>3. I will follow my physical and complete and balanced nutrition plans.&nbsp;<br>4. I will spend time with my family and friends.&nbsp;<br>5. I will go for a 25-minute walk with my puppies 3 times a week while I listen to my favorite songs.&nbsp;<br>6. I will meditate and connect with my inner self.&nbsp;<br>7. I will improv dance routines once a week to release stress and increase my creativity. </div>]]></description>
