- The delivery of online courses/programs
- Quality assurance of the course/program using the digital platform

Issues:
- DUT doesn't have permission (has not been certified) from MOET to conduct online courses/programs.
- How to transfer the industry's available resources for university partners for effective content delivery.
- Internal challenge (faculty): How to create an environment to make the faculty feel convenient/comfortable to conduct the online courses and reduce resistance.
- External challenge (students): The students/parents/society do not have trust in online training quality and have some pushback on the online programs.

Suggestions:
- Building/developing foundational knowledge for the faculty;
- Starting with hybrid courses;
- Staying connected with industry partners to build the content and pedagogy/methods, assessment techniques --> quality products --> enhancing student learning;
- Building the trust/quality programs with the industry partners to reduce the panic and increase trust from students/parents;
- The needs evaluation on the digital learning elements to understand the faculty & student needs; DUT team has started wit the first research and publication:
