No really I'm very straightforward when I've certain way of thinking

I don't know to much of my ancestors, once I heard my grandfather from my father side, saying that his great grandparents were from Guatemala, and they immigrated to El Salvador since her parents were not agree in the mariage of his great grandmother with his great grandfather, so they came here and settle in Usulutan, but it is the only thing that I know about that history.

In my personal opinion first and foremost, I believe younger people nowaday aren't much hard workers than in past. Secondly, in the past people were more respectful than now. Finally, younger people right now have the opportunity to get exposition to a new technology, learn whatever they want since there are a lot of apps and tools where can find almost everything that they need and also can have a better education.

The only tradition that we keep as a family are the christmas celebration, it is the major celebration that we still have.

I believe the minorities in our country are the first nation(indios) they keep the dialectics, folklore, and music.

Discrimination perse I don't know if we've in our country it's more in a low profile, but itsn't like in mexico for example.

have you ever changed your attitude about anything? if i have ever changed.
How has your attitude changed? In my way of thinking and looking at life circumstances. Why? because sometimes things don't turn out the way you plan and expect them to. Circumstances get out of our hands.
Where are your ancestors from? From the town of San Alejo, La Unión.
What do you know about them? I don't know much about (ancestors) my grandfather and grandmother on my mother's side because I lived with them most of my life. First they got married at a very young age and lived for a while in Isla de Perico, La Union. Second they returned to live in the municipality of San Alejo La Union, it was a difficult time because they did not have their own house, by the time of the war they lived in Usulután and then they decided to live in San Salvador.
List three ways in which the older generation differs from the younger generation in your country? The first aspect I would say is that they were very hardworking and dedicated to their family.
Another aspect was that they depended on natural medicine and took good care of their health, not making disorders that in old age would be big problems.
Any pain in their body or discomfort in their teeth they went to natural medicine either home remedies because there was not a good system of doctors and hospitals as we have nowadays.
Also at that time mothers could have their babies at home and they would go to other midwives without having to go to the hospital.

has your family kept any traditions or customs? yes. We have the custom of getting together at the end of the year to share the joy of life at the end of another year.
What ethnic minorities are there in your country? at this time there are only a few left because of violence and dispossession they had to disperse due to violence and social discrimination. Nahua, Lenca and Pipil
How are they treated? The municipal governments of Izalco and Nahuizalco have
municipal ordinances, in 2012 and 2011 respectively. These ordinances recognize the indigenous peoples
that inhabit these municipalities. They also guarantee a series of rights
rights such as the right to self-determination, the right to communal lands, cultural rights, and protection against discrimination.
protection against discrimination
This time they don't have discrimination that nation (ethnic) minorities.
