         <title>Resources!&amp;nbsp; We need resources to make this work or it will not work.&amp;nbsp; For example, there should be a stipend for school MTSS leaders.&amp;nbsp; If we value this and believe this will eliminate the opportunity gap then we will put money towards paying the teachers leaders in the building who are leading this work.</title>
