         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Although it does serve some convenience whereby i am able to do simpler transactions online and do not need to queue at the bank branch, however, the transaction limits are way too little for most of the transactions. in addition to that, some processes like credit card application still requires us to come down to the branch to submit the online application which defeats the purpose of making the customer journey more convenient. <br><br>my motivators to use the app is the promotions listed on the site. and i do not have to visit the branch and queue for so long just to inquire about the current rates and promotions. everything can be found at the click of my fingers. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A Degree holder that is very tech savvy. She is an account holder of UOB and use UOB PIB frequently to transact and check account info. She likes tasks to be done easily and swiftly. She seldom visit the branch nor atm machines as there is always long queue. <br><br>UOB online banking is very user friendly, convenient, accessible, and a one stop solution. I can find whatever informations whenever I want. I do not need to worry about receiving biased advise from staff, everything is stated clearly for my own judgement. I enjoy using online banking and I think its a good innovation from the bank. I also feel safe using online banking as frequent authentications are required. Life will be very inconvenient without this innovation.<br><br>I can transfer money to anyone easily. I can also check my account balances on my salary day whether it has been credited or not. Sometimes when I want to know more about study loan and credit cards, I am able to convenient view informations online. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A housewife who is able to read and write english fairly well. She is an account holder in UOB. But she is not very tech savvy and would prefer personalised touch from branch stuff. She prefers to receive hard copy invoice whenever she goes to the branch to transact.<br><br>Very troublesome. I have poor eyesight and I am not very tech savvy, so I will need a staff for assistance. Online banking is also very troublesome as it everytime ask for authentications. Not really sure how to go about using the online banking. Feel safed and assured to get my things done in branch as I will receive hard copy receipts on the spot.<br><br>I only know how to do very simple things like check account balance. Most of the time I will go to the branch to make transfers and withdraw money. All the necessary will be done by the branch staff, so I do not have to worry if I transfer wrong amount or to the wrong person.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>A businessmen who relies very much on online banking during transfer of funds between his business clients. He would sometimes go to the branch to check on the transactions and any urgent queries.<br><br>Most of my business transactions are done over the internet. Very convenient and fast. It is also cheaper to transact over the internet than going to the branch as the service charges would be different. Instructions on the online banking are very clear, seldom do I have issue with my funds transfer.<br><br>As my corporate account type is eBiz, thus I am encouraged to transact using online banking, if not I will be charged $20 per transaction everytime I transact over the counter. So far I do not see a need to anyway, thus online banking has been very efficient, effective and manageable to me<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>As for me personally , i always feel like there is a need to upgrade some feature in the online banking as there are too many restrictions. Although a lot of thing could be done using internet banking i feel. But the bank are not offer it and they still prefer the customer like ourself to go to any branch to do it. I feel that it's a waste of bank resources as they can put the available staff in use to a better usage compare to them just doing simple task like updating signature , processing statement request. Payment on some loan like personal loan.</div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div>The thing that make me use internet banking is that it is very convenient as i can check my balance , transaction , whether my funds have come. Although there are a lot of restriction but some simple thing they can still do like increase the limit&nbsp; , change of limits , apply for credit cards and personal loan.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br>Internet banking is only useful to a certain extend. I do transaction quite often so to me, internet banking really bring convenience because I don’t have to head down to the branch to do a fund transfer. However, internet banking have its limits restriction and I feel that’s not very being very flexible. As there are times where I will need to do a bigger sum of fund transfer and due to the restriction, I have to make a trip down to the branch and the queue can be long. Honestly, this is frustrating because I travel quite often too and being unable to do this, my payment are delayed.</div><div><br></div>]]></description>

This allow me to always know the latest promotion of what using UOB card can offer and maximise my rebates. However something that really constraints is they don’t allow me to increase my credit card limits and there’s a lot of paperwork to be done via the counter.</div>]]></description>
