So, managing food became important, too. I will talk about gas exchange packaging, which is one of the food hygiene methods.
It is a gas exchange packaging  designed to absorb air from a sealed container and replace it with inert gas, such as nitrogen and carbon dioxide, to prevent deterioration of food .
When packing packages with materials that are highly resistant to gas, the packaging method refers to replacing residual air inside the package with inert gas such as nitrogen, carbon dioxide, or small amount of oxygen.
CO2: Control the growth of aerobic bacteria and fungi
O2: Help to maintain food color(소량)
N2: Replace O2(산소 대체)

This graph shows the number of times food poisoning occurs each month. As you can see, there is a lot of food poisoning in summer.
This is because food poisoning bacteria multiply a lot in hot days
The above picture shows a gas exchange machine.If this machine is used, it slows down food decay by reducing oxygen content and preventing oxidation and hydrolysis.It can also prevent the proliferation of microorganisms that cause food poisoning.

In the future, the food market will grow even bigger, so the more important it is to manage food.
