It may not be a question, that can exhaustively be philosophically adressed, not even in “priviledged Germany”: also here many people want to eat meat and we all together definitely eat too much meat. Nonetheless I would not like to tell others, not even those from my own country, that they should not eat animal meat. Other topic: there is never a good reason for industrial livestock farming, which in consequence means eating habits should change anyway, even if not all may turn vegetarians/vegans.
