         <description><![CDATA[<div>Nursing Operational Dashboards trainings were a huge success. Clinical leaders found a tremendous value in the dashboards to help with compliance.<br><br>Trying to keep all the projects organized and prioritized. There are many projects happening and sometimes it's hard to determine what needs to be accomplished first. I don't need assistance at this time.<br><br>Stella, my 9 year old, can now do 3 back handsprings in a row. Many struggles along the way but she kept working hard.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I had a very positive yearly eval this week. In the past, being clinical, the evals were fairly routine. Not that this one wasn't, but with starting this new analyst / trainer role if was great to get some positive feedback from my manager and peers.<br><br>Plan on trying to focus on training side of my role in the near future.<br><br>My wife and I have been sharing an office at home since this all started and still like each other!<br><br>Random; we bought an old bus that had been converted to a camper in the mid 80's. We have gutted the inside and are finalizing plans to redo it.<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. I was able to update and upload several eLearnings to ELM in the HTML5 format without a lectora wrapper.<br><br>2. Currently in the process of writing my transplant lesson plan and then I will need to rebuild my transplant patients. I will likely need assistance with some admissions and surgeries for these patients. I don't have an ETA yet for when I will be ready for assistance.<br><br>3. My kids seem to get along better since having so much time together. Chloe no longer screams every time Addie touches her.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Assisted with deploying additional requirements in the Ohio Dept of Health HL7 interface for COVID test results ("Ask on Order Entry" questions and employee testing results). Keeps us compliant with HHS requirements.<br><br>No challenges right now<br><br>In August, my husband and I hosted a 4 day family gathering for 3 of his kids/all grandkids...first time they had all been together as adults and first time for me being with all of them together.  We had a wonderful time!</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I was able to demo the new Learning Home Dashboard created for Healthy Planet. <br><br>I am getting ready to start my MST build and I am sure I will have a few questions and concerns as I create patient build for the first time. <br><br>I am glad that my kids have been able to get back to school and activities again. Thought it gets busy I missed seeing them perform and play with their friends. </div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Class load is still pretty strong from the extra summer classes, which I really love.<br><br>We are quite busy with many different projects going on, but Mark and I are doing well coordinating the work and managing it all.<br><br>Kids are back in school, sports and other activities.  Its nice to feel somewhat normal.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I've received positive feedback on job aids I created for sending letters to MyChart and how to attach documents to outgoing MyChart messages.<br><br>Challenges: Balancing the work and training for the upcoming update along with current support volume and other project demands.<br><br>Over the past month, I was nominated by Southern New Hampshire University for the National Society for Leadership and Success and the International English Honor Society. I was fully inducted into both this month as well. (I'm currently in grad school to earn my masters in English and Creative Writing.)</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>getting Pharmacy on board with remote traiing is a bit of a challenge but it transitioning pretty well.<br><br>balancing the influx of new hires as well as my analyst workload and keeping everything on track is a little challenging but nothing that can't be overcome.<br><br>the Boy is mastering remote learning and the Girl is growing up too fast. the Boy enjoys being my office mate since he is all alone at his mom's house for classes.</div>]]></description>
