         <description><![CDATA[<div>One of the most common, yet effective things I do before shopping for groceries, is writing a food list and categorising them into each food group. Doing this makes my supermarket visits very quick and easy as I don't have to walk back and forth looking for different things, and can tick off as I go so I can keep track of what I've gotten.</div>]]></description>
