Cleanliness is a great skill to have because your area, kitchen and general area must be clean in order to serve food safely and pass inspections. Being able to work under heavy load is a great skill to have because once a kitchen gets busy it gets hectic and you need to be able to focus in those times. Being timely is also very important because you need to be able to prepare and produce food and other things to be able to keep up with demand. Alos being able to keep others in the kitchen under control and keep others up to pace to also be able to keep up with demand.
