Differentiated lesson plan
Multiple level of difficulty.
The groups should be made according to their level of learning.
Cannot be done in one class. In one class a set of students may only start understanding and the good ones are way ahead and their level of difficulty must go on increasing.

Every lesson should be differentiated and the teacher must make multiple lesson plans one basic, other intermediate and the last one should be for the higher level leraners.
The student ownership means that they have to keep moving from the basic to intermediate to the higher level.
Ideal situation would be if we have multiple teachers with varying teaching styles linked with their type of groups in one class.
Quizizz is a gamification application.
