         <description><![CDATA[<div>Ethel        Teenagers take risk because their brain tends to develop the older they get. Teenagers also tend to be more ignorant to stuffs surrounding them. As teenager grow seeing something or doing something often tends to tune the brain in  certain way of thinking. For example, as the child grows up into a family of smokers, they would definitely end up smoking at a certain age.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Raquel-  Some teenagers might take risks because as they were little they might have been exposed to lying and doing bad things so as they are growing up they develop more of this. They might've been peer pressured as well. I agree that as teenagers get more exposed to the risk-taking behaviors they want more of which changes their emotions of any guilt decreases. Brain developing isn't the one to blame, it's habitual because it is the exposure that affects that.</div>]]></description>
