Team 4 talked about how to address trigger words. One thing that we used in one of my other places of employment was to say "ouch" if someone said something that was not appropriate to them. This gave the person that said the word an opportunity to correct and understand and allowed the person that said "ouch" to address their concern and have their voice be heard.

We as leaders are aligned with what to share and how to share it. I wonder how we can be more intentional about sharing information across departments so that we can stay informed of the most recent updates and learned items.
