People cut down trees to make toys, furniture etc. To also make paper. When they make paper it also takes away electricity.

since they cut down trees to make these items, they are taking away the homes of animals. Since animals eat other animals, their population would also die off causing a lot of species to go to extinction. If they take up all the grass to build buildings, cows won't have anything to eat. Most people eat cows (beef) so there would be no more beef so humans would no longer have beef to enjoy.
Reducing the impact-
Humans could stop cutting down trees. They could try and convince others that tearing down trees are bad, and that it will also affect them at one point in time.
They could plant more trees, replacing the ones they tore down.
They could have a "park" of trees and plants to have there for animal homes and more.
