The author Ron Insana takes a strong stand in his article " The time for public debate of gun-control is over" to support the gun-control act. The author makes a strong-tone argument but not a convincing one. Through the entire article, although the author uses the strategy of emotional appeal to the audience effectively, the fallacies on evidence and logical analysis make this article less persuasive.
