Can access resources anywhere (e.g. Look at lectures at home and emails in app)
Makes working in groups easier and fairer (e.g through canvas collaborations on google docs)
Doing assessments as multiple choice tests in canvas makes them seem less scary. 
Doing quizzes in lectures is engaging.
