Research in the United States has stimulated 28 patients who suffered from a trapped bowel to engage in regular exercise. The same number of other groups did not receive this advice. Those who started to live an active life noticed a considerable improvement. The conclusion is that the exercises help in the movement of the dirt present in the intestine, which makes it easier for people to release it.

report identified that growth was driven by women. Among athletes aged 18 to 29, the increase in the average number of activities was 45.2%. Still in the female universe, the rate of increase in the other age groups (30 to 39, 40 to 49, 50 to 59 and more than 60) was always above 20%. The male audience had a more discreet growth, with emphasis also on the younger age group (18 to 29 years), which rose 27.3%. In Brazil, the data are similar, with women aged 18 to 29 years, the greatest increase in the average of activities increased (43.8%). Among men, the age group was also the one with the highest growth (30%) compared to 2019. It must be considered that, from last year to now, about three million Brazilians have joined the platform. The country has about 9.6 million athletes on the social network, only surpassed by the United States (11 million) in number of users.

Pros and cons about physical armies

Reason? Summer project! Okay, but since the guys decided - finally - to take care of their health, what would be the most appropriate time to exercise? Experts respond by pointing out the pros and cons of each period of the day. Come on... For those who like the idea of arriving at the gym to wake up the rooster, the first advantage is the flow of regulars. In the morning there are a lot less people. In addition, a survey published in 2013 revealed that it is possible to burn up to 20% more body fat if the stomach is empty (much easier at the beginning of the day than at any other time). It is, but it also has disadvantages. During the morning, cortisol (the stress hormone) levels are higher. And this cortisol can cause the storage and accumulation of fat, in addition to the loss of muscle mass. That is, if the goal is to lose weight, the best deal is to let the cock do his job and only show up at the gym much later. Let's go to the lunchtime folks ... It must be kept in mind - quite clearly - that the meal should be eaten after exercise. Eating earlier causes discomfort and causes the blood (which should work in the muscles) to be concentrated in the stomach due to digestion. So it is worth noting, at lunch, if it is very necessary to eat before exercise it is recommended to have a light snack, about 30 or 45 minutes before going to the gym, ok? Ah, but there are still people from the "night" ... ouuu ... the guys from "Corujão". As an advantage we can mention - still according to studies - that the body temperature reaches its peak in the late afternoon, which can increase muscle strength and cardiovascular endurance. And as disadvantages of training in the company of the moon (poetic, isn't it?), We point out the overcrowding characteristic of the schedule (which makes it difficult to use the devices) and the tiredness at the end of the day, which can - effectively - characterize obstacles (since you body may be exhausted, which decreases willpower and training pace). And then? Say it... Do you already train or will you start now, keeping an eye on the “Summer shape”? Which schedule suits you the most? Tell us!

PNAD (National Household Sample Survey) was an annual survey carried out by IBGE (except in years when the Census was conducted). PNAD was permanently researching general characteristics of the population, education, work, income and housing, and, with variable frequency, other topics, according to the information needs for the country. It was carried out for the last time in 2015 and was replaced by PNAD Continuous (National Survey by Continuous Household Sample), which provides quarterly cyclical information on the workforce nationwide. In the last year of the PNAD, one of the aspects to which much attention was devoted was the practice of physical exercises by the Brazilian population. In that edition, the survey incorporated several questions on the topic, with the objective of drawing a panorama of how sport is present in the lives of Brazilians. The results were released in 2017, that is, we can consider them current. Here will be presented some graphs and statistics from such research, taken from the IBGE Educa website, an IBGE portal focused on education with updated and entertaining content about Brazil. All credit for the following analyzes is from IBGE Educa. 37.9% of Brazilians aged 15 and over practiced Sports or Physical Activities between September 2014 and September 2015.
