Welcome to our class reflection! Here are the things you should post: 1. Explain what you have learned during the 6 meetings. 2. What is the most favorite/memorable material, and what are your reasons for choosing it? 3. Mention 3 words that describe the material/activity in English listening class.

So far we have learned about travelling, cuisine, family, and movie/film and a little bit of intermezzos for directions and much more interesting topic. What I absolutely love about one of the topic is of course, cuisine. I mean how come it doesn't? We were learning about it while we are in RAMADHAN. Isn't that just vile? It made my brain discombobulate in shambles but that's precisely why it is my favourite topic. If i have to describe a thing or two i would pick some words like, well it's not a word but more like a phrase so here are the things I would describe the listening class:

"Raise your hands" 🔥🔥🔥🪬🪬

"Faster" 🗣️🗣️🏃💨💨👟

"Ballistic" 💣💣💥

That's all from me thank you miss for all of your troubles in teaching us!! Hoping you the best even though we probably won't be lectured by you again because of team teaching.

Ps: Minal 'aidin wal-faizin 🙏🙏 (ramadhan edition)

Nazwa Anggraeni Susanti

254311050

I have learned a lot of things during the last 6 meetings. I learned about the IPA, culinary/cuisine around the world, places to visit in Australia, daily conversation about job or anything else, family life, we also had to interview our friends about their life, we learned about a tour campus as well. I also learned about guessing the job of the speaker. There was a quiz that was kind of hard to answer because the speaker talked in a low tone and a British accent. I managed to listen to all of it, though some of it is kind of difficult since (again) they talked in a British accent and low tones (it was challenging though). I have improved my listening skill through this class, thank you.

The most memorable thing that happened during the class is when the first time we did the assignment in the team in the class. It was fun and engaging.

Three words that I think describe the activity in English listening class are: engaging, challenging (because we have to compete with other teams to get a star), and fun.

It was fun to have a class with you Miss. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Shahnaz Jasmine and in the six months that I've been studying listening I feel like I've made a lot of progress compared to last semester. I also feel that this time the practice is more real and I can really learn from games that are fun and don't make me sleepy. To be honest, it was fun, very exciting in fact, I was just a little unenergetic when the group division started and who could answer the fastest ... I think it drained my energy even though it was very exciting, so often I didn't raise my hand even though I knew the answer, when I didn't know the answer I was chosen (this is really funny tbh).

Three words that reflect the listening lesson are

1. Everyone here yet?

2. The fastest one can come forward

3. Just half a star hahaha

Honestly, it's really exciting, doesn't make me sleepy as long as the lesson begin, and I has developed a lot from this semester, thank you very much Mrs. Nisa for being patient with me, may you always be happy.🤩🤩

Hi, miss Nissa!!

From the early time we met at the listening class, I got the first impression that you're "such a gen z lecturer" because you have a unique way of teaching that makes us stay interested in the subject (even though the materials are sometimes quite boring ToT).

That helps me to learn effectively in listening class. This 6 meetings have really train my ability to listen better and get my ears used to the native accent that I'm not very familiar with. My most favorable materials by far was the favorite music/movie one because we get to talk about the things we enjoy the most with others. But the most unforgettable one was the one about career because we got to work on groups that named by foods! My group is even called Kolak Cilandak.

Three words I would choose to describe this class are:

"Ok, I'll start the audio."

"Do you want me to repeat it?" and

"Here is a star for you." ⭐⭐⭐

Thank you for all of that, it was a really nice class with you, miss Nissa.

~Lyra Qonita Nuary (245311043) 1B

Hello Miss Nisa, this is me, Nashylla. During the 6 meetings, I have learned a lot of interesting materials such as siblings, daily life, study, culinary, movies, and music. In your class, I really enjoyed it when we turned into small groups. It felt different compared to other courses because we got the chance to discuss with different friends every time the class started.

The most memorable material for me was about culinary. I chose this because, when we learned about it, we worked in groups, listened to audio, and then went outside to find clue photos to answer the questions. We even got a lot of stars for our group! It was so exciting!!!

If I could describe Miss Nisa's class in three words, they would be:

1) Star⭐ – because you always gave us stars, and it's very memorable for me.

2) Riweuh🔥 – but in a good way, because everyone was always excited and full of energy.

3) Memorable💐 – because the experience I had in your class was very different from other lectures.

Miss Nisa, terima kasih because you gave me a different and special experience when learning the listening course. I chose to say terima kasih because I really felt the love you gave to us, Miss.

Minal aidzin wal faidzin, mohon maaf lahir dan batin, Miss Nisa.

Happy Eid Mubarak, Miss!✨🦋

Each session brought something new, challenging us to sharpen our listening skills while diving into engaging discussions.

Among all the materials, my favorite was undoubtedly the movies and music lesson—because, let’s be honest, I’m a total movie freak! There’s something special about learning through the stories and sounds we love. Whether it was recognizing song lyrics or catching key phrases in movie dialogues, it felt both entertaining and educational.

If I had to describe our listening class in three phrases, they would be:

🔥 "How are you today?" – The iconic opening that set the tone for every class( Usually I answered "doing really well ma'am)

🎧 "Listen carefully!" – The golden rule of our listening exercises(well of course, the class is about listening)

😂 "What is the answer?" – The classic struggle when faced with tricky questions!( We're not Jimmy Neutron or Sheldon Cooper, of course we made mistakes)

Overall, this class has been an unforgettable journey of learning through sounds and stories, and all of that is because of you Miss Nisa. You're one of a kind, I'm very grateful that I got a great teacher like you.

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MISS NISA🫶🏻

I also learned about guessing the job of the speaker. There was a quiz that was kind of hard to answer because the speaker talked in a low tone and a British accent. I managed to listen to all of it, though some of it is kind of hard since they talked in a British accent and low tones (it was challenging though). I have improved my listening skill through this class, thank you.

The most memorable thing that happened during the class is when the first time we did the assignment in the team in the class.

Hi Miss Nissa! Throughout half of this semester learning with you, I’ve really enjoyed it. There have been so many new things you’ve taught us. From the moment I met you, I had a feeling that you would be such a fun lecturer, and boom, you turned out to be such a fun lecturer indeed!

You’ve shared a lot of material with us, like topics about siblings, food, education, movies, music, daily life, and so much more. Learning with you has made the listening class so much more enjoyable, much more fun and varied.

For example, when we have to work in groups and guess what we’re listening to, and we also compete for points in the form of stars each meeting.

Miss Nissa is the kind of lecturer we can joke around with. Sometimes, other students say things like, “Repeat it five times, Miss,” “Can you repeat again, Miss,” “Miss, not ready yet,” “Miss, I’m first,” and that really makes the class atmosphere so fun.

You know how to make our learning topics interesting, by asking about our day and how we’re doing, then continuing with discussions related to the topic being taught

If I had to rate the listening class, I’d give it 5 out of 5. Now, it’s our turn to give you 5 stars, Miss Nissa. Thank you so much, Miss Nissa, for this half semester. We’ve had so many exciting experiences, and so many other beautiful things.

I hope we can meet again, whether it's during class or just by chance when we’re heading to class. I’m sorry if we ever hurt your feelings unintentionally.

Minal Aidzin Wal Faidzin Miss 🩶⭐️

Muhammad Kian Awwar

There are so many things that I learned from Ms. Nisa—especially about traveling, food, movies, and music. And honestly? It has been an incredibly fun and exciting journey! Every discussion, every new fact, and every little discovery made learning feel more like an adventure rather than just another lesson.

Among all the topics we explored, music has to be my absolute favorite. Why? Because it just feels like an extension of who I am. It speaks for me when words fail, it sets the mood for every moment, and honestly, it just so ME! (LOL).

But aside from all the amazing knowledge I’ve gained, there are also three unforgettable moments from class that will always stick with me:

1. “Who raised their hand first?” – A classic moment in class where everyone, including me, was eager to participate and share ideas.

2. “Let’s check the camera—who really raised their hand first?”– The ultimate test of truth! The anticipation, the suspense—it was always a fun and slightly nerve-wracking moment.

3. “One star for your team!”– The thrill of earning points for our team made learning feel like a game. The competition, the teamwork, and the excitement made every session something to look forward to.

Looking back, these moments made the learning experience feel so much more dynamic, engaging, and just downright fun. Ms. Nisa didn’t just teach us facts—she created an environment where curiosity thrived, where we laughed, and where we genuinely enjoyed every lesson.

So, thank you, Ms. Nisa, for making learning such a wonderful and memorable experience!

HAPPY IDUL FITRI MS. NISA!!!!!!!!!

It makes the class noisier and ✨chaotic✨—and, of course, competitive, since we have to race to the front to give answers or quickly raise our hands 🙋🏻‍♀️.

We’re all competing to collect as many stars as possible. I just hope these stars can be exchanged for e-wallet balance 🏋🏼‍♀️ (just kidding).

Besides listening, I feel like we’re also being trained to remember things because even when the audio is repeated, we still tend to forget sometimes 🤼‍♀️.

The material feels exciting because the class itself is fun—yurhh!

Anyway, Minal Aidzin, Miss. 🥁🥁

Best regards,
Dwyane

Your listening class has truly been one of the most enjoyable and unique experiences. From the very first session, it was clear that your energy and enthusiasm set the tone for something different. One of the things I appreciate the most is how you always take the time to greet every student individually at the beginning of class. No matter how many times you do it, you never seem to get tired of it, and that small gesture makes a huge difference. It creates such a welcoming and positive atmosphere, making us feel seen and valued.

Beyond that, the way you structure the class with a competitive edge is something I’ve never experienced before, and it has made a real impact. Instead of just passively listening, we’re always engaged, thinking fast, and pushing ourselves to be better. The sense of challenge keeps us motivated, and even when we make mistakes, it doesn’t feel discouraging—it feels like part of the learning process. You have this way of turning a regular lesson into something exciting, making it impossible to just sit back and zone out.

It’s clear that you put a lot of effort into making the class not just educational but also enjoyable. The energy you bring, your patience, and the way you encourage us to participate without forcing anyone out of their comfort zone make a difference. Your passion for teaching really shines through, and it inspires us to do our best.

I just wanted to take a moment to truly appreciate everything you do. Your hard work, dedication, and positivity don’t go unnoticed, and I’m really grateful to be part of your class. Time flies when you're having fun or when you're frantically trying to finish assignments. Anyway, I’ve learned a LOT of useful things. Big shoutout to ma’am Nisa and Mr. Yazid for running a class so vibrant it felt like a carnival (minus the cotton candy, unfortunately). Seriously, I was always excited to attend because it was NEVER boring. Like, ma’am Nisa had this magical ability to make the class so interactive that even the quietest students couldn’t resist joining in. If I had to describe this class in three words, it would be: IT. WAS. LIT. (And no, I don’t just throw that phrase around lightly.)

It’s rare to find a class where you’re genuinely engaged every single time. I mean, usually, I’d be counting down the minutes to freedom, but here? Nope. The energy, creativity, and effort poured into every lesson were unmatched. I’ve not only gained knowledge but also leveled up my confidence in applying it Like a gamer unlocking a new skill tree. The group discussions? Gold. The activities? Chef’s kiss. I’m going to miss this class. It wasn’t just a learning experience; it was a whole vibe. Thank you again to ma’am Nisa and Mr. Yazid for making this journey so enjoyable. You guys didn’t just teach us, you spoiled us for any future classes. Now I’m going to expect every lesson to be this fun, and that’s a problem I’m willing to have!

This is me, Fidya Syahida Rayani (245311012) from class 1-A.

For our meetings, I am really grateful because I can have a chance to study with you in a not-so-long meeting, but I enjoyed it so much! I love to learn many things with you such as musics, films, places, siblings, family, foods, friends, etc. The one that I excite a lot to study was about places. I love to travel so I wanna know more about beautiful places in the other countries.

If I could describe our class in 3 words, the first thing I would say is excitement! I think you know why I say that the first one is excitement, yes, it's because you always made the class on fire. Even tho for me it's kinda drains my social battery, but I cherished it so much because I can discuss more with my different classmates in each meetings.

The second thing is fun. Our class was so much fun because we can laugh, joking around, and also doing challenges together and it made me feel challenged (I love challenges anyways <3). I remember how my group just got 2 pics of foods while the others got more than ten, it was kinda sad for me but at least me and my partners did the effort to get them. When I realized it, my sadness was suddenly disappear, heheh.

The last is shiny. The reason why I chose shiny is because you made us shining as the stars in the night (we were actually often to study with the lights off in the class), and if we can answer the question correctly, you gave the stars to us. I felt so much appreciated because of it. You made the confidence bigger and woken up my ambitiousness from it's long nap.

Hereby, I wanna thank you so much for being a good lecturer for us and never make us felt left out in our meetings. If I given one more chance to study with you, I'll take it because I feel so comfortable with you, Miss! Also, I wanna say sorry if I'm not being a good student yet in your lesson, but I'll always trying my best to be better and better and better for the future. ❤️

Minal aidin wal faidzin, anyways, Miss!

Nikita Aulia Permana (245311025)

1 A-ING

Hi, Miss Nisa! 👋🏻 Your listening class has been super fun and never boring!

Over these six meetings, I have learned about visiting places, guessing people's jobs, family life, and culinary food from around the world. The most memorable lesson for me was the topic about culinary food 🍽️🧇🥐🍞🥞🍳🥪🍜☕. It was so exciting because I learned about delicious foods while fasting during Ramadan! Talking about food just made me even more excited haha!

We often worked in groups, which made learning even more exciting, especially since we got to choose our own group names even if they were totally silly! The best part was when everyone rushed to raise their hands first 🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻🙋🏼‍♀️ just to win stars ⭐ 🌟 for their group. The "friendly" 😁 competition made the class even more fun!

I would give rate this class infinity out of infinity ♾️ to show how amazing it was~

Lastly, thank you so much, Miss Nisa, for such an enjoyable and unforgettable class! 🤩 Your teaching style made listening practice feel like an adventure. I truly appreciate your patience, energy, and all the fun moments we've had together!

Anyway, minal aidzin wal faidzin miss Nisa!

Dear Miss Nisa

First off, a huge thank you for making every listening class so awesome! Seriously, time flies when we’re in your class — even during those long sessions, it never feels like it’s dragging because the energy is always up. From fun activities to your cool teaching style, everything about the class makes learning so much more enjoyable and memorable. Here’s a quick reflection on what I’ve learned.

Over the 6 sessions, I’ve learned a ton of interesting stuff, from different cultures, food, music, movies, best friends, jobs, and so much more. Each topic gave me new insights and expanded my English vocabulary. Listening to various accents and understanding different contexts also challenged me in a fun way, making me more confident in my listening skills.

My favorite and most memorable part was when we guessed the jobs. It was so fun and engaging because we had to figure out the profession based on the descriptions. It was like a mini-game that kept me on my toes and made me realize how important it is to pick up on details in conversations. It definitely made learning more interactive and exciting!

dynamic 🚀

engaging 💬

refreshing 🌊

Every activity kept me active and thinking, and the variety in the topics made the class feel fresh every time we met.

Once again, thank you, Miss Nisa, for all your hard work and for creating such a positive learning environment. This class has definitely been one of the most fun and insightful experiences I’ve had. Keep up the amazing work, and I hope to continue learning with the same energy and excitement! Wishing you continued success and happiness!

"Happy Eid al-Fitr and Minal Aidzin Wal Faizin." 🤍

✿ From: Diandra Aisy Putri 1B

(245311036) ♡

Hiiiii Miss Nisa!!!

Never ever thought listening class could be THAT FUN LIKEEE IT WAS SOOOO FUUUNNNN 1000000XXX!!! 🤯🔥🔥🔥‼️‼️‼️

Before your class, I wasn’t really active in listening class—just listened (like how the class usually goes lol). But ever since you started teaching us, I’ve been SO active!! I kinda feel like it’s not even me anymore hoho but in a good way ofc!! 😝💃🏻

Miss Nisa made me more active, more responsive, and even think critically BUT in a super fun and non-boring way!!! 😆💡The materials you gave were sooo interesting too!! I got to learn new place names 🗺️, traditional foods from different countries 🍱, all kinds of jobs 👩‍⚕️👨‍✈️🧑‍🍳, and soooo much more stuff that totally expanded my knowledge (and my friends’ too)!! 🧠🌍

And when we learned about jobs, me and my group guessed SO MANY and it made me feel sooo coool working with super smart teammates 😎💪 So our group got sooo many starsss yaayyy 😋⭐😏⭐😏⭐

And if I had to choose 3 most memorable quotes from listening class, it would 100% be:

1. "RAISE YOUR HANDD YAAA!! ✋"

2. "I will read the question first, and then you can raise your hand 👀"

3. "1, 2, 3 !!!!" — and then the whole class turns into total chaaaooosss 😵‍💫💥😵‍💫💥😵‍💫

Alsooo I didn’t forget when you got worried about me when I fell and started limping… hehehe LOVE YOUUU MISS 🥹❤️ No regrets fighting for those stars even if my leg ended up hurting BECAUSE IT WAS SOOO FUN AND TOTALLY MEMORABLE FOR ME 😆💯 (also made me more careful now hehe <3)

Thank you soooo much Miss Nisaaa!! 🙏✨ I hope your head doesn’t hurt too much after teaching 1B cuz we’re THAT active and THAT loud HAHAHAHAHA 💀🗣️ We all super enjoy your class and always can’t wait for listening classss 🥳🤩!!!

Lastly, Minal Aidzin Wal Faidzin for you and your family from meee 🥰💐🫶🏻

I have learned about a lot of fun things, so it is about travelling around the world, for example.., like- the world is very wide, isn't it? I want to go to some place tho, a place where eveything is far from the busyness of the human's life, yeah maybe a place like a lake in sacramento..?

And then I learned about music and movies, I'm so into movies, it's something ordinary.. of course, but to me.. it brings so much fun, because movie is my favourite activity to escape from the reality, yeah, music as well. So when the material is about something I like, let's say it's about music or movies, it makes me easier to understand the listening audio, it was like- "oh yeah I heard that, I know what they're talking about, cause they're talking about the one that I love!"

But doesn't mean it's hard for me if it's about another topic, let's just say that maybe it's not 'that' interesting.. Doesn't matter tho, I like something new, who am I to judge? I'm waiting eagerly for the next material miss and mr. y will give after the mid-term test.

Maybe that's all, If I had to say about 3 words that describe for this english listening class.. I would say: it's Interactive, Engaging, and Challenging, of course!
