This visual model represents the numerous tools to be incorporated into the learning environment. This visual model illustrates the many moving parts that must be coordinated by school leaders to better achieve the end goal we need- a global ready citizen in the 21st century. The ribbon- like arrows demonstrate the cyclic pattern present within curriculum, instruction, and assessment. The words within the ribbons are key variables in the success of our schools and font size is used to highlight crucial initiatives within our current educational climate.
