Paul started his 3rd journey where he finished his 2nd journey at Antioch of Syria. He then travelled to Tarsus where he might have re-visited his disciples. He then travelled through Derbe, Lystra and Antioch of Pisidia where he preached. He then went to Ephesus, where he talked to thousands of people in a massive theatre about God’s message, but Paul got turned against when he tried to prevent their worship to the goddess Artemis. He then travelled through the counties of Macedonia and Greece, re-visiting the communities of Corinth and Thessalonica. He then travelled to Philippi before walking his greatest distance to Tyre. He them travelled to Caesarea where he is told by a prophet named Agabus that if he returns to Jerusalem, he will be handed to the Gentiles if he returns to Jerusalem. He them return to Jerusalem where a riot of people accused Paul of defiling Judaism with his teachings of Christianity, so he was bound and arrested by Roman soldiers.

A cultural challenge Paul faced was the Jewish law of circumcision. Paul did not agree to this because instead of converting Gentiles to Judaism this way, he thought that it shouldn’t be done but instead to share the mission of Jesus. This cultural challenged is explained in Paul's letter to the Galatians.
Galatians 3: 27-29

In the letter to the Romans, Romans 3: 9-12 -> 24, it is telling us that we all sin and that faith in Jesus will save us from sin. He is trying to explain that n order for us to not sin, we must follow in the way of Jesus. This message is implicated for individuals or groups of people because either a group of people, or a singular person can follow if the ways of Jesus and that it doesn’t matter which one you pick.
