Respect and Non-Discrimination/Confidentiality of Health Information
~Although both rights have certain aspects of respect and non discrimination, such as when it comes to confidentiality healthcare providers are supposed to treat all patients the same. But in this case respect and non-discrimination is when a healthcare provider is giving all patients the fair treatment and not being outlasted in anyway. Whereas Confidentiality is when all healthcare providers keep all information of any patient away from either the public or the ones the patient refuse let see information.
Choice of Providers and Plans/Consumer Responsibilities
~One is where the patient is given the right to choice what kind of coverage or insurance they would like to be under whereas the other is when the patient has to respect to boundaries of the healthcare responsibilities.
