I have no preference between the two different cupcakes as the teacher's ones tasted better and looked nicer, but the ones my partner and I made were more moist in terms of texture.

One way to make cupcakes healthier would be to decrease the amount of sugar and fat in the cupcake while maintaining the proportion. Another way is to use brown sugar instead of white sugar. Spaghetti strands presented carbohydrates, while salt and pepper presented vitamins. Lastly, olive oil (used in frying) added fats. 

Yes, I was able to manage my time well. During practice, I could finish the cooking and serving within 30 to 40 minutes. I used the same amount of time for the practical and spent the remaining time for plating and cleaning up. 

I did not face many difficulties during the practical assessment as I had practised the cooking around three times at home. 

The nutritional tools were useful in helping me ensure that the meal was balanced. I did not have much contrast in the textures of the book and birds. 
(2) The message that I had wanted to convey through my artwork was about how reading could allow us to extend our imagination and think out of the box, just like how birds are also freely flying. I used the similar shapes of the outline of the book as well as the shape of the birds' wings to show this message more clearly.
(3) I do not think there are any aspects of the final artwork that I have done well, because I do have limited art techniques. However, I think that in my previous art lessons such as stenciling where it was a more guided process, I have done a bit better.
