When students come in for breakfast the teachers hand out each item for breakfast to each student. If the student doesn’t want breakfast they can put it in a designated area for unwanted breakfast items. After you hand out their breakfast you check the students name off and this can also help with keeping track of attendance.  Once breakfast is over you throw all the unwanted breakfast items away. If there are packaged items in the unwanted area, students who wanted seconds would be able to choose an item from that area, but with Covid precautions this should probably not be done. 😁
