         <description><![CDATA[<div><strong><mark>1.-  Write about three of the war strategies used by USA during the conflict.</mark></strong></div><div>1.- The Americans used chemical weapons (gasoline in jelly and Agent Orange) that caused injuries to the Vietnamese population.<br><br></div><div>2.- The Americans used chemical weapons Napalm (gasoline in jelly) and Agent Orange (herbicide). This was used to clear foliage in the jungle, which was the natural hiding place of the Vietcong.<br><br></div><div>3.- Search and destroy missions The Americans used helicopters to kill what they thought were the Vietcong. Many innocent civilians died. In 1968, a mission to the village of My Lai ended with the massacre of many innocent civilians, including women and children.</div><div><br></div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
