The head of a world generosity movement, Asha Curran, talks about Giving Tuesday, ways in which giving is possible even without money, and how giving makes us happier.

If you see someone on the streets..... homeless... you should try to help him or her by giving some food or clothes .... it can be life changing for him or her.... and lets say that one day you struggle and you end up on the streets , you will get help as you had helped someone in the past. One must do good things without expecting anything, however, if one does good, good will come back to you.

We can help someone in need by donating some money to buy food, some of your toys clothing and more ....also think of those who are in the orphanage you can show your kindness by donating some money, stationary to them..we should also be thankful for having such loving parents who care to send us to school everyday. we should always respect each other .

If you see a friendless boy/girl alone....and very sad....you can go and make friends with him/her and if he/she does not want to give them some space then try to talk to them or you can give them a small gift like a chocolate bar or a bottle and a watch .........we can also make up some jokes to make them happy.

If you see a needy person on the streets you should always remember to give something to them.It could be money,food or clothes.As long as you give something to them to make them happy,it is fine.

We can help anyone like our classmates, friends, teachers and even homeless or poor people who you see on the road. You can help quite a few poor people by donating some food or clothes. It will take a bit of your time and effort, but it will make others happy. If you do good things now, good things will happen later in your life. Always remember that if you be kind to others, they will be kind to you. Plus, giving makes us happier!

If I am taking any form public transport and I spot people in need,( such as pregnant women, blind people, etc, )I can offer my seat them. I can also donate things I don't need to needy children who need them.

you can smile and say hello or good morning ( depending what time it is ) to strangers, even if you have never talked to them or don’t know them. when you’re on the bus or mrt, you can offer your seat to people who need them. for example, elderly people and pregnant women . when someone helps you, you can say thank you or design a thank you card to express your gratitude. :D

Instead of giving money all the time you can maybe give a smile say hello and help someone like if they fall down you can help them by supporting them and if someone is feeling lonely then you can cheer them up and asking if they’re okay or not . Always be kind and grateful to everybody especially to under privileged people.To be generous, you can give homeless people some food or clothes and when we give things to people we should not expect anything in return.
