According to Wintergerst., A., (2010), Culture Shock is the process that a person lives, adapting to a foreign country, in this case, the problems that they can pass to confront this different culture. This includes the shock of a new environment, meeting new people, eating new food, or adjusting to a foreign language, as well as the shock of being separated from the important people in your life: like your family, friends, colleagues, and teachers. Kalervo Oberg defined culture shock as a series of emotional reactions “precipitated by the anxiety that results from losing all our familiar signs and symbols of social intercourse” Oberg. (1954) and the adjustment we are forced to make to adapt to this situation. This culture shock affects all those “people who have been suddenly transplanted abroad” Oberg. INTRODUCTION: In this video we will present the topic of cultural shock, with an interview with a person from the United States, who came to Colombia for a period of time and was able to see some differences in the culture. differences in time, in security, in emotions. When he talks about time he says that in Colombia the time of the meeting does not matter much because people arrive on time or later, in the United States time is very important, about security he salud that he was surprised when he found out that no he could take out his cell phone in the street or show a lot of money but what he liked is that people in Colombia are more open to.

CONCLUSION: We think that interculturality in our work is reflected in everything because interculturality is experienced by being with different people, since this refers to the differences that exist.
