I started learning English in playground school through music and abc poster that is all over the classroom then my teachers like to play us some nursery song like cicak cicak didinding but in English and then I repeat the song with the other students.

What helped you learn the most? (Interaction)

Listening to music and reading novel has helped me the most with my learning, but I think the most important part is when I have the chance to speak English daily on kampung inggris that interaction make me more confident with speaking.

What was difficult for you? (Output)

The most difficult part for me was writing English because sometimes I write it without proper grammar.

Interaction: what helped me the most was my urge to interact with my friends in Kampung Inggris and internet, and also, some writing assignment from college 🤡

Output: speaking was my biggest concern, because no matter how good my spelling and pronunciation was, i still struggling on constructing even my complete sentence or utterance. confidence played a big part, i think.

- What helped me the most is, when me and my friend use english as a daily language for conversation, because habits can make it easier for us to learn languages especially english

- Maybe the lack of vocabulary knowledge that makes it difficult to speak fluently

(Interaction) I honestly learned English the most when I start getting into to the university. I feel like I got more exposure of it.

(Output) Maybe the course that was someway out of my capacities but still managed it somehow.

(Interaction) I asked my brother to discuss with me when he wants to do his English task.

(Output) What was difficult for me is because had a bit of vocabulary, so when I tried to say something, its a bit hard

I learned the most by reading a dictionary and talking to foreigners.

The most difficult part of learning English for me is writing and learning grammar.

Interaction: for the interaction I did, I often talked to my private tutor in real time or via text, discussing the film that was watched

output: It was difficult to speak with the vocabulary limit that I had at that time, and sometimes I had difficulty understanding what my teacher was saying

I practiced speaking with my tutor and friends, and I often received feedback that helped me notice my mistakes and improve my accuracy.

What was difficult for you? (Output)
I tried to speak by explaining things and asking questions in English, although I sometimes felt nervous and forgot some words while speaking, which often made me code-switch to my first language. Speaking fluently was the hardest part for me because even though I knew the grammar rules, I still found it difficult to express my ideas smoothly in real conversations.

I watch native speakers’ videos to learn how they use English in daily conversations and try to practice it. (Interaction)

Sometimes it’s hard to focus and understand what the speaker means because they talk too fast and I don’t practice English speaking enough. (Output)
