Who benefits more from this, the communities or these young people?

-       Communities: can receive help/assistance from other people à develop their community (facilities + people)

-       Young people: experience + skills + credit points when applying for scholarships

The love for people, the love of giving and helping other people is one of the main reasons why more underprivileged  people is getting support from not only organizations but also individuals as well. For the youth, gaining experience, professional skills and life skills is a very important aspect for them to step into adulthood and by helping people in need in underdeveloped or poorer countries can provide the knowledge and experience needed. 

The countries recieving the help can develop their nation and be more financially stable. With the education given and the facilities built, the path to a more happy community is closer and more easily achievable for them.

In conclusion, with the help of various charity organizations and individuals funding the poorer and underprivileged countries can develop and be more stable.

 

  The trend is attributed to many causes. First and foremost, it is because young people want to have personal growth and development. By participating in humanitarian programs in non developing countries, they gain valuable life experiences and professional skills such as leadership, communication,…Another reason why they do this is their moral obligation to help others. In the society where millions of people are living in poverty, famine and so much more, the young who volunteer in these communities believe that their duty is to help these people to help them overcome their difficulties which is so respectable.

  From my point of view, both the communities and the young people benefit from this in different ways. On the one hand, the impoverished communities can receive massive support from the people who work tirelessly to help those in need. Through their efforts, they help to create a safer society. On the other hand, the young can benefit from the personal growth, development, professional and life skills for their upcoming career or even their entire life.

  In conclusion, the growing trend of people from wealthy countries engaging in unpaid work is driven by several reasons. And both the communities and the young can gain benefits from the arrangement.

On the one hand, it is undeniable that young people are becoming more and more aware of the difficulties of the poor and the importance of helping them. They do it for a variety of reasons. First, they do this because their heart tells them to. They always want the lives of people living in difficult conditions to be better. They are willing to give their efforts, money, and time to help with charity work such as donating clothes, food, helping build a residence as well as teaching them if needed. They themselves have shown their own value, from then on, everyone will see them with different eyes. They will now be respected and grateful for their service to the community of people who live in poor or difficult areas. Besides, their prestige also increases, they will also have a good resume, a good CV to apply to prestigious universities, earn scholarships or enter big companies.

On the other hand, people in poorer areas also benefit from this. When they get help, their lives will get better. Young people will help them get food, drink, and shelter. They will no longer have to live as hard as before. Not only that, they will be taught by young people if they suffer from problems like illiteracy or else. Thanks to the above, their life becomes better as they wish and deserve

In conclusion, it is clear that both young people from developed countries and people in poorer communities have happiness, satisfaction, both gain equal benefits.

First and foremost, young people decide to do volunteer work in another country to contribute to social development. There are a lot of people out there who really care for those in need, they really care that there are a lot of people who don't receive the necessary conditions to develop as they do. For instance, the United Nations has supported the impoverished cities in Africa by teaching children or building houses for the citizens. Besides, there are also many people who go to work without pay in other countries to gain more knowledge about that local culture and customs.

Next, volunteering in other lands benefits both parties, equally, both the country receiving support and the person who supports it. On the side of the country is supported, the children in their country are educated well, their people have decent homes... On the support side, they will get a lot more than what they spent. Young people can have more experiences on how to treat people, learn to share, and understand more about people and cultures of other lands... It's a win-win situation.

In conclusion, young people volunteering in other countries to help those in need will benefit both the country being supported and those who support them.

The choice of taking unpaid work in poor countries was made owing to different reasons. Most of those people are determined to do so because they have a strong notion of love and care for others. They believe that if everyone joins hands, together we can help solve a number of present problems in disadvantaged places. Another factor that contributed to this rising trend is people’s eagerness to gain first-hand experience, professional skills and social skills. Those courageous people take this opportunity to travel to new places, and practice what they have learnt there, by participating in some voluntary work such as teaching, building houses and bridges, nursing, … 

This phenomenon is undeniably developing our communities and societies for the better. With the help of young, energetic people, the facilities and quality of life can be progressively improved. Especially in the field of education and health care, kids in poor areas can have a good chance to attain knowledge from other parts of the world, and also be healthier. Besides, young people do gain plenty of value from this. Apart from the experience and skills, they can also get credit points when applying for scholarships by joining these voluntary work. 

In conclusion, it can easily be seen that people choose to take part in unpaid work in poor areas with the aim of helping and experiencing. By that, this work can benefitted them in many ways, as well as the society together we are living in.

Their culture is enriched and many traditions are passed down for many generations., they might not have luxurious life, but these traditions are what keep their spirit up and lively. This is an alluring element to the young in getting to know the people, which is often overlooked in today’s modern and fast paced life. 

 Doubtlessly, this trends offer both the volunteers and the receivers many benefits. For the poor countries, they gain assistance in building facilities and developing their community, living standards are raised and more people are capable of approaching public services. These actions brings positive effects to the country and help people to higher their living qualities. As for the young volunteers, this jobs can provide them invaluable experience, professional and life skills. Furthermore, this can increase their credit points in university and therefore, boosting the students’ chance of getting scholarships. 

 In conclusion, the meaning behinds teenage from rich families doing volunteering works in poorer countries can be seen as their will to help poor peoples and deeper understanding in these people’s culture, therefore gives both party numerous advantages. 

In conclusion, this work not just bring benefits to poorer people, it also make younger people from developed countries dedicate their value.

 

There are some reasons explained why the number of young people who participate in volunteering to help communities has increased popularly. First of all, most of them choose to help out from the sympathy, kindness and have a desire for those less fortunate to have a better life. Perhaps, they appreciated that their help play an important role in the development in disadvantaged areas besides improving local people’s living standars. Another reason is volunteering provides them an opportunity to apply what them have learnt to real life event , and to gain more experience and skills such as life skills, problem-sloving skill or time management,…Furthermore, it also allow young people to build new relationships with peers have the same mind or personalities and adults, especially childrens. For instance, when young people do their best on imparting knowledge to childrens, they will make a good impression on the childens and reassure their parents. 

From significant activities, both communities and young people have great benefits. Firstly, due to youngster help, the underdeveloped countries can develop their community, improve the quality of life. To young people, with the experience and knowledge about new countries, they can get credit points that reflect the head of university when applying for scholarship. 

In conclusion, with the number or people applying for voluntary work has been on the increase in recent years and in the future, the environment and quality of life of less developed countries will be significantly and effectively improved.
