Music is the key for all the emotions, with that, you give more action to the video, and spices things up! But you can make your own sounds, so it’s cool.

If you’re having a dramatic scene, where someone dies for an example, you need a music that shows what the actor/actress is feeling, make the audience feel it, that’s why body language and facial expressions are important as well. 

You need to show your emotions really hard, the others have to know what’re you felling in the moment. I think that expression your feelings it’s not that hard, if you add the body language and facial expressions to it, you have the result that its asked and a good scene.

Time Limit/Shot Types/Location
Time limit, shot types and location are important things when it comes to filming. Make sure that you have the right spot and shot type to record that epic scene!
Record the right things at the right time, if you are having a struggle to record the right moment, remember that you need to catch the parts that are going to make your story. Always respect the time limit, and divide the scenes. You don’t need to record them in order, just make sure that you record always more than one time a scene because the camera it’s not our eyes, and we need to learn how to use the spotlight and we have to experience all the different ways of filming, so getting all of that in just one shot, it’s not going to work.
Shot types, are those that can give another way to your video, if you are having a dramatic scene and you need to pass the felling to the public, make sure that you have the character face right there, to express their feelings to everybody, a close-up, but if you’re having a different one, where you have to show the space off the scene, use the wide shot.
Anyways, you can use the idea of looking through someone eyes shot or the dynamic shot, where you in the end have a lot of shots to pick.

Dress Code/ Creating a Fantasy/ End
Make sure that you get the perfect outfit to the character that matches with their personality or event. You can create your own locations to record your special scenes or just choose the ones that are closest to your imagination. 

Sometimes have a twist or a joke at the end.

And don’t make your video too long or complicated, make it simple and easy.

Reflection on my own work
About my work, I liked the music that me and my team picked for the video and how it was recorded, because I have a good connection with the person that I was working with. We listened to each other’s ideas and I think we did a great job. We could’ve chosen another end and other locations for our footage, but taken that I think it was good.

I particular don’t like romance, drama or horror movies. About romance, I don’t like how people get to sensitive about a couple, for me, it’s ridiculous, it happens all the time and you can guess the end, I can only accept it if there’s other genre involved! And I have the same thought about horror movies, what is the point off cannot be able to sleep for weeks because you’re still thinking about what happened in the movie and you’re afraid that’s something it’s going to jump off the closet, appear when you turn the lights off and you starting to look at your dolls with a different face. Some people like the adrenaline and think like, this is the best feeling on the world, well, I don’t!

TV:
My series are something that I can’t live without. I watch a lot of series, those with adventure, mystery and action are my favourites, I do like others with drama, romance and comedy.

Most of the times, I do watch some cartoons with my brothers and animes. For me, any programme it’s good, sometimes I watch those food channels, and the next minute I’m watching a game. 

I can say that I don’t have a specific type about the TV because I watch everything that’s on TV, literally.

Radio:
About music, it depends if I like the beat or not, if I like the sound and all that stuff I’ll listen to it. I don’t go with the term “I don’t listen to that type of music”, if someone shows me a song, I’ll define it by the beat and the lyrics. I don’t usually listen to rock or punk or any of that, but I like AC/DC, I listen to pop, hip hop, R&B, rap and others.

Advertisements:
When you haven’t nothing to do, and the advertisements just appear, it’s boring, it’s really boring you just want to skip top get back to your series, music or whatever you we’re listening or seeing, but the true is that some of them are really catchy and you automatically get entertained with it, or it’s funny or kept you thinking about it. The truth it’s that just a few got my attention and wishing that I could see them again

New media and technologies used:
My favourite media it’s definitely the internet, I do everything with it, it’s useful and entertaining. I can communicate with my friends and family at any time and still do other things, it’s perfect. You can use it for want you want, if you have problem go to the internet, you will find the answer to your problems there, definitely 

My Opinion:
When I see something, I don’t think why I like it or see the points that keep me attracted to it, I just know that I enjoy what I am doing. So, the reasons that I like those type of films, TV, radio, advertisements and others are; about the TV, I just like how you have to think by yourself and get your own point of view when it comes to mystery, and I do love that rush and adrenaline when it comes to action and adventure, you find yourself imagining what would you do if you were actually there.

I see animes and cartoons because they involve what I like the most, animation. And they have great stories as well and its funny, because they take you to a world where humans can’t do certain things, so animation is there to give you another perspective.
About music, I really just choose the beat, I really don’t care if that type fits in my usual life. If you like something don’t be afraid to show it just because it’s not regular.

About advertisements, I like those who catch my attention just with the music, and if it has a good story, it’s just some extra points to make me buy that, because that’s they’re goal.

I usual don’t like commercials, like, who does? But there a few that can make you pay attention to them and live you thinking. To catch my attention, first, is the music, and then the story. 

I like things that are useful and that makes me happy, it’s a great combination.

If you have things in common with someone, that will boost your relationship, if you read the same book, like the same character or listen to the same type of music, those are minimum things that start a relationship. I actually started having more friends when I knew about their taste about series, films and books, and some relationships that I had before start growing up from that simple detail of my life.

About me, I just watch or listen to something for diversion, and a lot of people do it too. If I am bored or waiting for something I will certainly listen to music or watch TV, just to pass the time and have fun. I do know persons that watch TV because they rather stay home watching Netflix than go out with friends or maybe because they don’t have friends at all! In all off the cases, TV is actually a great company when you’re alone and sometimes you get addicted to it and stop having a life.

When I start watching a programme that I actually like, sometimes I get involved in the history and I feel like me and that character have the same opinion about a situation and maybe we’re soulmates because we share the same thoughts, tastes and acts. It’s the same thing about music, or I like the lyrics or the beat.

Although I use media every day for my entertainment, sometimes I use it to get some information, for a work, or to simply check the news and weather and someone’s feed on the social media, that’s right, I keep contact with my friends and family with social media, and I can see what they have been doing while I am gone.

Media has changed a lot throw times, and people use it for different things in our days, to simply get some information or have nice time. 

Truly I was not expecting the result that I got because I never did that before, recording and editing, but when I saw the results of my work I was really happy because it was good for my first time and I was expecting a really bad job.

So, I think that if I had the equipment that are used for recording films and TV shows maybe it would be better and a commercial! E

She’s dressing a gorgeous white dress that shows her arms and has a contrast with the pink background, that is the colour of the drink. Looking at the female, we know that she’s enjoying her pink drink because of her face expression and we instantly think “I want that as well, I want to feel that”, she looks like she’s thinking of something as she drinks and I think that it’s the drink that it’s too good.

We can see that the light it’s everywhere and everything it’s shiny and pink, really feminine. The white in background of the post makes the product stand out. 

I think the advert its designed for females because its everything pink and feminine, it also has 0 calories so it must be good and already keeps our attention. 

In the right side of the bottle we have this “Introducing fruitwater, anew naturally flavoured sparkling water beverage with zero calories and billions of bubbles. Fruitwater is a tasty time-out for your perfectly imperfect life. Keep sparkling.”

Its obviously an irony because this water isn’t perfect, they just make it sound like it is for people buy it.

-> Media products can be classified into categories or genre. The word 'genre' comes from the French word meaning 'type' or 'class'. Media genres appear within a medium (film, television) such as the "horror" film or the television "situation comedy"

-> Genre helps audiences build up expectations about a film

The story is a creepy one, three girls with satanic wishes and ideas, lure an innocent girl called Maria to their group so they can sacrifice her.

The trailer then starts, with this innocent girl (Auguste) first walking into the classroom and those three girls (Erin, Lisa and Millie) look at her with a smile on the face, after inviting here to this imaginary party, Maria discovers that it’s in this creepy graveyard and she finds these three girls holding hands and being all creepy while they talk in some strange language.

Maria after realizing what is going on, starts running and we don’t know if she gets caught by the three girls, and that’s intriguing.

The scenes were recorded in a classroom and outside in a graveyard, after a few shots we had the right parts from the trailer.

We try to fit all the scenes into a minute trailer, but we had to cut some. After adding some creepy audios and some effects, we still made some mistakes with the light and the audio because in some scenes you couldn’t hear it properly, although with your headphones sounded nice.

We went through a thriller theme because we made this revision about “Warm Bodies”, so all the class was around horror.

Next time, we have to do definitely more shots, and be careful about the light and the sound. We need as well to focus on editing and create a different story and do it in a better way, we need to have in mind that the sound is really important and the light as well, we would try different shots and do a better work on editing, and also get more characters. 

In other words, we need to plan our stuff better and have everything already planned and prepared in our minds and in a paper.
