         <description><![CDATA[<div>This amendment means that in order for law enforcement or the government to get into one's house, they have to have a warrant from a judge saying the law enforcement can get in. They cannot search you without a warrant or good reason. A person's things can not be seized if the things do not relate to the crime. </div>]]></description>
