Students need to decide their topic, which they are curious about or they are interested in.  Because it is knowledge-oriented, students need to do research, clarify whether their materials they have read or found are reliable.</p><p>Then students need to design how they plan to create their video, including when, where to shoot the video, who is responsible for what job, and their video script.</p></li><li><p>Self-directed learning program, Seven Good Habits for Success, guiding students in career planning and goal-setting.</p></li><li><p>Graduation thesis project, will work for two years, speech fifteen minutes, we help students to find knowledge, to read more. Every week, students will meet with their teachers, and if it's too challenging, the teacher will help them figure out why it's too difficult and whether they need to change the topic.</p></li></ol>]]></description>
