         <description><![CDATA[<div>I know that when you are Multiplying by the power of ten you will take your zero and take that many places back and then put your decimal there and then that's your answer and when you do it on a array you would treat your decimal as a&nbsp;whole number and then you multiply regularly and then you would count the numbers behind your decimal and then put your decimal where it goes and you would have your answer.</div>]]></description>
