The Pan-Germans played both a destructive and a decisive role in domestic politics. 

    After the IR, most of countries in Europe wanted to create more market, so they started to take control the other. In 1884, begin with the Scramble of Afica, they control most of the land left in Afica. Germany became the third country that had power to control most of the land in Africa, behind Britain and French. They still control it until 1918, when the World War I happened.
