It allows me to create vocabulary units that students can access at home. I can put the link in canvas and make the sets available to them whenever they want to review them. I have also had success having students collaborate through google docs. Canvas quizzes are a good way to do a quick review of material and for students to see where they are at. Some challenges are when the lesson depends on technology and then technology doesn't work, usually due to network issues. The successes I have is having Beth, Brad, and Julie always willing to help me at a moment notice. I also really enjoy the lunch classes for the mini-lessons. Not only to they educate me, but they also give me more confidence.
