He went outside and he received the call. I went outside to find him in the backyard laying against the wall of the shed and his hands over his head.

He cam back inside and he stands half way through the door and says with tears of joy in his eyes Brother William made it home. I have learned to receive these memories as a treasure and part of my personal history. Having to remember what kind of person they were brought joy and happiness to my life because I have learned to appreciate the time and years I was given. I not only found a friend in this man but an inspiration and influence for my life further on in the future. There will come a time that I will grow old and years will catch up on my body. Sickness and illness and weariness will come but seeing the way that WIlliam handled it and went about the pain, I want to appreciate my time as a youngster and not complain because I will keep on fighting and have faith till the end.
