Hi, I’m Elayne. I’m based in Brisbane and am self-employed, contracted to a first nations led entity operating in a remote location. I support strategic planning and performance reporting, so was drawn to the value generation and performance focus of this course. My goal in this course is gaining perspectives and frameworks that can be adapted and applied practically to drive positive change, particularly in the context of complex operating environments.

Hi everyone, I’m Sarah, based in Sydney. I’ve previously completed GIA's micro-credentials in Strategy & Culture and ESG, and I’m really looking forward to exploring Value and Performance as a perfect bookend to these prior studies.

I lead complex delivery programs across finance, insurance, telco, government, and corporate sectors—usually in highly scrutinised environments where governance, risk, and strategic alignment are critical. My background spans product and project portfolios, regulatory remediation, and capability uplift.

My goal for this course is to sharpen how I define and communicate value—especially in programs where performance needs to be both measurable and meaningful.
