-        The way this compares to the ideas I developed the first time is how each person in this picture are all human. That means that each person in this picture should be treated the way they should be treated, which is with love and respect. How this develops to the what I had the first time is how each person should not be judged on based on who they worship. They should be able to worship whoever they want without people treated them different. 

-        The course reading that has contributed to my understanding the aspect of this concept is “Sagoyewatha (Red Jacket)” The reason I chose this reading is how Red Jacket always talks about how people treat each other different solely based on religion. He thought that people shouldn’t be treated like that because everyone is God’s children. He also believes that because we’re human beings, we should be treated like humans instead of anything less. 

-        The way this compares to the idea I developed the first time is the idea of how people shouldn’t judge other based on who they love. Everyone’s human and they shouldn’t be treated different. What develops is how each person is doing whatever it takes to accept themselves as bisexual and not worry about what all these people thinks about them. 

-        The course reading that has contributed to my understanding the aspect of this concept is “The Minister’s Black Veil”. The reason I chose this reading is how people were looking at Mr. Hooper funny when he was wearing the Black Veil. They even went up to him and asked him why he was wearing that and assumed why he was wearing it. However, his reasons for wearing it was completely different from what they were saying. 

o   That idea applies for the bisexual community since both straight and gay people judge them because bisexual people are attracted to boys and girls. The only reason they think this is because they believe that bisexuality is not real and how you can only like one gender. On top of that, there are some gay and straight people who think that bisexuals are either greedy or cannot make up their minds. However, that isn’t true because bisexual people like boys and girls because they are attracted to them. It doesn’t mean that they are greedy. 

-        The way this compares to the ideas that I developed the first time is how these people are determined to do whatever it takes to get themselves feeling good. What this develops is the way they made up their minds to take care of themselves and are striving to do whatever it takes to reach their goal. 

-        The course reading that has contributed to my understanding the aspect of this concept is “Rappaccini’s Daughter”. The reason I chose this is how Giovanni was determined. The idea of him being determined to get the girl he likes is the same mindset that this group of people have. Even though both goals are completely different, the determination they have are the same. The determination of achieving something is what this group of people have along with Giovanni in “Rappaccini’s Daughter”. 

-        The way this compares to the ideas I developed the first time is how everyone in this photo came together only to enjoy what they love. 

-        The course reading that has contributed to my understanding the aspect of this concept is “The Algerine Captive”. The reason I chose this is because in the beginning of this story, Royall Tyler had a passion for teacher. Even though later he found out the reality of it, he had that passion and was willing to do whatever it takes to become a teacher. That’s how this reading fits for the gaming community. They have a passion for gaming that they would spend most of their lives playing video games. There are even some people who plays video games to make money. That’s another reason why people see a lot of gaming channels on YouTube. These people have a passion for playing video games that they are willing to do it as a job. 

-        The way this compares to the ideas I developed the first time is the same as I said for the fitness community. Each person has a passion for art and they are willing to do whatever it takes to make it amazing. What it develops is the amount of passion these people have. They love what they do, and they want to better themselves to please more people. 

-        The course reading that has contributed to my understanding the aspect of this concept is “The Algerine Captive”. Even though I used this already for the gaming community, I chose to use this reading again because of the whole idea about passion. The idea of Royall Tyler having a passion for teaching really stands out not only with the gaming community, but with the art community. Art is something a lot of people are passionate about. Some enjoy it as a hobby while others do it for a living. How “The Algerine Captive” goes with the art community is the whole idea of being passionate about something. Even though the story takes a completely different turn, the whole idea of him doing whatever it takes to be a teacher really stands out for this community.
