         <description><![CDATA[<div>- For Si - awareness of being very accommodating - being in a team and constantly discussing questions - there are times where the answers come shooting out too soon that the inner accommodating side tends to dampen the need to challenge the answer.&nbsp;<br><br>But my team has been super acknowledging of each others opinions even if one of us has a different answer the team will ask that person for their reason and thought process&nbsp;:D</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Under-using: Collaborating - when there is time pressure, it is more difficult to collaborate (e.g. time limit in TeamLEAD sessions).&nbsp;<br>2) Over-using: Accommodating - we usually go with the view that is more dominant, especially when there is time pressure.&nbsp;<br>3) What we can do as a team?&nbsp;<br>(a) To air our views/opinions more - having a discussion is always good.&nbsp;<br>(b) Ask others to clarify / elaborate so that we can discuss issues in more detail/ in depth.&nbsp;Ask questions when we do not understand. </div>]]></description>
