         <description><![CDATA[<div>To best serve our (or any) audience, we need to consider the following:</div><div> </div><ul><li>What motivates them?</li><li>What are their capabilities?</li><li>What are their preferred learning styles? (Thinking more from a generational perspective- this is often overlooked) </li><li>What skills do they possess? What do they lack?</li><li>Which e-learning format best suits the audience? (synchronous, asynchronous, blended)</li><li>What is their infrastructure? (LMS)</li><li>What are their expectations in taking the course?</li><li>How will they apply what they’ve learned from this course in the field?</li><li>Where are there areas of opportunity to hone in on for future areas of development?</li><li>How do you sustain course momentum (where applicable)?</li><li>Real-world application is crucial- we need to ensure that we are over-communicating this (scenario-based learning).   Relevancy of material as it relates to real word-application; increases buy-in, motivation, retention, and application. </li></ul>]]></description>

Topic examples may include: What is alternative risk transfer and explain what a risk retention group is and how they are formed. Or a 1-hour class on conflict resolution or a 1-hour class on Intro to Cyber Liability. - Mitch</title>
