Sixteen percent still answered with a no code. We need to be 100% complaint with inpatient nurses calling a code. UPMC SHY stroke Algorithm states you must call the Condition C team on any patient that exhibits new onset Stroke Symptoms. Time to CT is less than or equal to 20 minutes, TPA is 60 minutes or less. Groin puncture is 90 minutes or less.
