Paradigm shift in online skills delivery and adapting  to different digital tools and learning technologies 

Feel we've made good use of Teams to help us stay connected not only with our campus based teams/immediate team but also to get to know better people from the wider library services team.  Even though many of us haven't seen each other physically since March, feels like we have collaborated together to support each other and offer students and staff quality service.
