For the trade route I would not start any fights so I believe we should pay the Spanish to return to their own land once we have enough money. For the troops I would tell the British to honor the treaty or we will attack (this is just a bluff). Also, make a treaty with British to make them leave the Ohio River Valley, or attack them with the French.
