   As our targeted customers are university students, Crunch Makers offer two products of the same price with reasonable and affordable price. We ensure that our products are sold at suitable price to ensure that customers can afford our products and at the same time, the price can also generate profits for our company.

2. Unique product

   Matcha, the current trendy flavor that became general favorite flavors is what make Crunch Makers stand out. As research has been made before proposing and choosing products to sell, we found out that no business so far has yet to sell matcha nestum, our signature product, and chocolate rolls, a desert made of chocolate-covered-popiah skin.

   All customer's order are detailly tracked and recorded, from product orders, payment proofs and resits, as well as delivery details. Delivery details we agreed upon our customers included COD fees, their chosen pickup locations and timing.

As a member of this team, I learnt, and practiced values required in a teamwork better than I think I've done before. I had working in many groups before, but executing a business as a team brings me to another level that I've never experienced before. Together, we brainstormed ideas for our business, integrated possibilities for good and bad turns, and offered a hand in task wherein helps are required, all while also not shying away from asking for help whenever inquiries come in minds.

As someone who's not good in doing maths, I first came to admit to my teammates about my weakness, and my teammates accepted it and offered their help to doing tasks wherein I couldn't, and I greatly appreciated all their efforts and help. While discussing about the financial records, I also learnt a bit about financial information that I never learnt before, like net profit calculations and dividing expenses calculations when buying raw materials with them. I am grateful for all the new knowledge I gain while working with them as a team.

And last but not least, I learnt about networking. In business field, networking holds and bring greater opportunities than one could imagine. I learnt that having a lot of networks (be it friends, families or acquaintances) do really help a lot to contributing to one's business promotion and sales. It reflects to career era or reality that one will face after graduation, and I'm glad to learn about the pros that such opportunities can give to a person in general.

Overall, executing this business helps me to learn a lot, and I'm beyond more than grateful for my teammates for their help, be it big or small hands, all of them do not contribute lesser than one another. They equally help and secure the success of this business, and I am really happy for that. I also gain opportunity in operating a business, all while studying as a full-time student - it was hectic for weeks, but time management surely would be one of the greatest lessons from taking this course.

Many people have learned about our sale thanks to our promotional poster that have been posted on Crunch Makers' Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook's pages as well as via Whatsapp status and posting in group chats. Payment of purchased products were made through online QR payment.

The creation of these two product categories has improved Crunch Maker's reputation, and its sales at UNIMAS and in the Kota Samarahan area have been well-received. Furthermore, we employ premium and high-quality ingredients, so we are convinced that the products we manufacture are delicious and crispy.

Due to its advantageous position, Crunch Makers' firm has focused on selling its products to in-campus residential colleges in an effort to enhance UNIMAS student purchasing. Additionally, our product sales have surged as a result of orders we have received from locals in the Kota Samarahan area as well.

The company Crunch Maker's has various objectives. Profit growth is the primary objective. Crunch Maker's is interested in increasing revenue via the sale of manufactured goods. The capital that was released by the sale of the biscuits may be partially covered by the transaction's profit. Crunch Maker's also aims to boost client happiness by encouraging them to try each of our goods. For instance, we'll make sure that product enhancements are applied in accordance with client input and experience.

The first experience I gained through this MPU3222 subject was selling together with my teammates. In this subject, we have established a business named 'Crunch Maker's' which refers to our crunchy selling biscuits. We have sold two types of crispy biscuits namely matcha nestum and popia rolls. Our sales are focused specifically on Unimas students and customers around Kota Samarahan. Therefore, the sales made can increase my knowledge related to the costs required to start a business. The sales activities held can help me to open a business in the future.

In addition, the second experience I gained was that I was able to work with friends. For example, we have discussed together to set the name of the business, the cookies that our business will produce, together contribute capital to open the business and work together to promote our sales products. In addition, we are also divided into several parts where there are three people who help to buy raw materials and another two people who help in managing the business finances. As a result, collaboration can help achieve business goals.

The last experience I gained in this subject was being able to improve my communication skills. For example, communication skills can be developed through communication between customers, suppliers and partners. Through these communication skills, it can increase my self-confidence to interact and deal with people.

Overall, this subject has helped students to understand more deeply about business. Therefore, the knowledge and experience gained can help and give ideas to students to run businesses in the future.
