My perspective on this intricate research problem is that, despite numerous studies, there may never be a definitive answer due to the inherent complexity of the topic. Instances such as Amarjeet Sada, who, despite growing up in a loving household, exhibited aggressive tendencies by committing heinous acts at a very young age, challenge the notion that a nurturing environment is a guarantee against such behaviors. So it is not always about the environment. Conversely, while studies show a correlation between individuals with harsh childhoods and criminal activities, it is crucial to acknowledge that not everyone facing adversity ends up committing serious crimes, and those who do often lack proper support or intervention.
