Hi! My name is Luqman and my matric number is 231632, im currently studying

At CFS IIUM Gambang.My course is engineering and science computer and Fyi this is my 1st choice in UPU.

I am the fifth child of six siblings.My hobbie is jogging at the stadium during weekdays or when I don't have class at around 4-6p.m. because for me jogging can release my stress from the workload of tutorials and problem-solving .My dream is to become a programmer that can create new software or games.

I propose that we can do various activities like games or go to travelling rather than delivering messages only through word because seeing are far more greater than just hearing to give an example like being grateful towards the creator when we are going to beaches and see a beautifull sunset created by Allah .By doing so, the message we learn can be put deep into our heart.

Everytime we had usrah, I will always gain something new such as a new story that i never heard of and it amazes me as I thought I have known many things but each times I heard and learned that I am still not smart and never be because the only AL-HAKIM is my creator "ALLAH"

So my conclusion is in Islam, practicing khusyuk, or deep devotion and focus in worship, leads to spiritual fulfillment, a closer connection to Allah.

In simple terms, praying with khusyuk (deep focus) in Salah brings mindfulness, devotion, and closeness to Allah for Muslims. It gives us inner peace, strengthens our faith, and helps us feel grateful. Praying this way brings discipline and purpose to our lives, making our connection with Allah stronger.

In conclusion, fasting, known as Sawm in Islam, teaches self-control, patience, and kindness. It helps purify the mind and body, encouraging reflection and spiritual growth.
