         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>Getting adequate sleep</li><li>practice good nutrition</li></ul><div><br></div><ul><li>what it looks like to do these thing  would be eating a well balanced meal and or stop eating lots of restaurant foods</li><li>it beneficial because it can help you become better at sports help you prevent obesity and other health issues</li><li>somethings that can get in the way of that is people might become addicted to there phones and end up staying up longer than wanted. a way that can get in the way of good nutrition is that they cant resist going to all of the unhealthy restaurants.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tips:“Set and work towards goals”&nbsp;<br>"Have fun”<br>&nbsp;<br>What it would look like to do these things would be&nbsp; could e to just go out sometimes on weekends instead of being in the house. and to set and work towards our goal we could set a certain goal&nbsp; and make time to just focus on those certain things through out the day.<br><br>Its beneficial because having fun makes me feel better about a lot of things and i dont really think about the bad things or things that may make me feel sad in my life. It is beneficial to set a goal and work towards it because when you finally do accomplish it you feel good about yourself and you feel like a champion.<br><br>some things that could get in the way of getting this done would just be you or other people what i mean by this is that , you can stop yourself from having fun because you can just choose not to and choose to be boring or stay in the house ,and you can get in the way of your goals by not making the right decisions.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Tips :''Make good decisions''<br>''Develop new skills and interests''<br><br>what it would look like to do these skills would be to think before you act in certain situations, and for developing new skills and interest you can just try new things instead of everyday just doing the same thing over and over.<br><br>its beneficial because when you make good decisions it can make you look good as a person and it can impact your future in a good way . And when you develop new skills and interest it can be beneficial because when you keep just doing the same things over and over your life can start becoming boring and repetitive.<br><br>some things that could get in the way of making good decisions would be bad influences because they can try to make you do bad things that could get you in trouble. And things that could get in the way of you developing new skills and interest would be you being scared of trying new things or people judging you for trying new things.</div>]]></description>
