Die häufigste Antwort: im Zweifel immer die Anderen. Doch hierbei steht die Schuldfrage im Zentrum, die eigentlich niemandem hilft, sondern den Konflikt nur noch verstärkt. 
Konflikte müssen nicht immer negativ sein. Konflikte bieten die Möglichkeit, über sich und sein Gegenüber neue Erkenntnisse zu gewinnen. Es sinnvoll, die für Konfliktlösungen nötigen Kompetenzen zu erproben und auszubauen, da diese im Alltag immer wieder benötigt werden. Seit 2023 sind wir sogar "Schule der Zukunft". Nicht zuletzt auch durch das Engagement des Teams sind wir in vielen digitalen Bereichen Vorreiter im schulischen Bereich. Der schnelle Vorstoß zur Digitalisierung bietet eine große Chance für die Entwicklung unserer Schule insgesamt. Unsere Lehrkräfte bringen sich intensiv ein, bilden sich permanent fort. Auch ohne die pandemische Notwendigkeit stellen sie den Lernenden Materialen über IServ zur Verfügung, mit denen diese üben und arbeiten können. Iserv ist unsere Schnittstelle zu den Kindern. Schoolfox ist unser „heißer Draht“ zu den Eltern. Untis hat das Ganze komplettiert.
